Overview A growing organization in the education space is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and strategic financial analysis across the business. Key Responsibilities Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities Support strategic planning initiatives and broader business decision-making Analyze financial and operational performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities Develop financial models, KPIs, and reporting to support leadership decision-making Create, maintain, and distribute monthly internal reporting packages Structure and analyze complex data sets to deliver actionable insights Partner with internal stakeholders across operations, shared services, and leadership teams Support cross-functional initiatives through financial analysis and reporting Serve as a liaison to accounting on invoicing, collections, and general ledger-related questions Help improve processes through technology, automation, and business intelligence tools Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field 5+ years of relevant financial analysis experience Advanced Excel skills Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling Strong quantitative, analytical, and critical thinking skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and cross-functional projects Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial insights clearly to various stakeholders Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment Preferred Qualifications 8+ years of relevant experience Experience with planning and budgeting tools such as Adaptive, Hyperion, or Oracle Experience with SQL, Tableau, BI360, Office Connect, or similar reporting tools Experience with Great Plains or similar accounting software Strong interest in process improvement, automation, and business intelligence tools Ideal Profile Confident, team-oriented finance professional Strong business partner who can translate data into actionable recommendations Quick learner who can navigate complexity and changing priorities Tech-savvy and process-minded, with an eye toward efficiency and scalability Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while collaborating across teams Additional Details Fully remote role Must be able to work EST hours, with some flexibility around the standard 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM schedule Compensation targeted at $100,000 – $110,000, with preference closer to the low end of the range No bonus associated with the role Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
