Role Overview:
As a corporate finance professional at Accenture, your primary role will be to support Avanades Corporate Functions. This role will involve multiple facets, including managing finances, actuals analysis, budgeting/forecasting, and strategic analysis. You will interact with Corporate Function Leadership, service leads, and regional/area functional teams. Your responsibilities will include executing various tasks, providing insightful analysis and reporting, and serving as a trusted business advisor. The successful candidate will have solid analytic skills, excellent written/oral communication skills, and the ability to convey appropriate information to executives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with commentary and analysis on P&L variances.
- Preparation of monthly Financial Reporting Packs.
- Investigate P&L queries in support of monthly actuals analysis.
- Prepare offline financial reports for the functions.
- Detailed monthly SAP entries including all recharge activity and accruals.
- Support the annual budget process.
- Provide monthly forecasting support.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as required.
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelors degree with Finance specialization.
- 5 to 8 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to succinctly articulate requests and define challenges.
- Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to learn Anaplan and Power BI tools.
- Strong business acumen with experience in handling and analyzing budgets.
- Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and superior decision-making judgement.
