Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic Field Sales Executive to drive sales and expand market presence for our manufacturing products. The role involves client acquisition, relationship management, and achieving sales targets through field visits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territory
  • Conduct regular field visits to dealers, distributors, and industrial clients
  • Promote company products and generate leads
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Handle client queries, negotiations, and order closures
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends
  • Prepare daily visit reports and sales updates

Required Skills

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build relationships and close deals
  • Basic technical understanding of manufacturing/industrial products
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
  • Willingness to travel extensively
  • Good knowledge of local market and territory

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in B2B or industrial sales
  • Knowledge of dealer/distributor networks

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
