Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Risk Analyst to assess customer profiles, identify operational or financial risks, and support compliance processes within BPO/KPO operations. The role involves data analysis, risk investigation, fraud detection, and ensuring adherence to internal policies and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer profiles, transactions, and operational data to identify potential risks
- Review cases for fraud, compliance, AML, KYC, or policy violations
- Conduct risk assessments and prepare detailed reports
- Investigate suspicious activities and escalate high-risk cases
- Monitor process controls and recommend risk mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Maintain accurate documentation and audit trails
- Coordinate with internal teams for case resolution and process improvements
- Support quality assurance and operational efficiency initiatives
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of risk management, fraud detection, KYC/AML, or compliance processes
- Good communication and report-writing skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, data analysis, and CRM tools

Eligibility:
- Graduate / Postgraduate (Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field preferred)
