We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Content + Brand Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Strategy & GTM

  • Drive brand positioning, messaging, and Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies
  • Build integrated marketing plans aligned to brand and business goals
  • Translate consumer insights into impactful brand narratives and campaigns
  • Omnichannel Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Plan and execute campaigns across:
  • Digital (social, performance, content)
  • Influencer and community marketing
  • On-ground activations and BTL
  • Ensure consistent brand experience across all consumer touchpoints
  • Brand Growth & Performance

  • Drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies
  • Work with performance team to track and optimize key metrics such as:
  • Brand recall and engagement
  • Conversion rates
  • Identify growth levers across the consumer journey and lifecycle
  • Stakeholder & Client Collaboration

  • Work closely with founders, marketing teams, and internal stakeholders
  • Act as a brand custodian, ensuring alignment across all initiatives
  • Lead discussions around brand strategy, campaigns, and performance
  • Program & Execution Management

  • Own end-to-end execution of marketing initiatives and campaigns
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (creative, performance, content, tech)
  • Ensure timely, high-quality delivery across all workstreams
  • Content & Communication

  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop:
  • Strong, differentiated brand messaging
  • Platform-specific content strategies
  • Maintain consistency in brand voice, tone, and storytelling

Functional Skills

  • Strong and functional understanding of:
  • Consumer marketing and brand building
  • Performance marketing and digital ecosystems
  • Social media and content strategy
  • E-commerce / D2C / Q-commerce platforms
  • On-ground and experiential marketing
  • Ability to build and execute omnichannel brand strategies
