Job Title: Recruiter BPO Hiring
Role Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for BPO/Customer Support roles. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and ensuring timely closures for bulk and lateral hiring requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for BPO requirements
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and internal databases
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure smooth interview process
- Follow up with candidates regarding feedback, offer rollout, and joining
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate database
- Achieve hiring targets within defined timelines
- Build a strong pipeline for volume hiring requirements
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of BPO hiring processes and bulk hiring
- Hands-on experience with job portals and sourcing techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
Eligibility:
- Graduate in any discipline
- 3-6 years of recruitment experience preferred
Preferred
- Experience in domestic or international BPO hiring
- Immediate joiners preferred
