Job Title: Recruiter BPO Hiring

Role Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for BPO/Customer Support roles. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and ensuring timely closures for bulk and lateral hiring requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for BPO requirements
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and internal databases
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure smooth interview process
• Follow up with candidates regarding feedback, offer rollout, and joining
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate database
• Achieve hiring targets within defined timelines
• Build a strong pipeline for volume hiring requirements

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Understanding of BPO hiring processes and bulk hiring
• Hands-on experience with job portals and sourcing techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills

Eligibility:

• Graduate in any discipline
• 3-6 years of recruitment experience preferred

Preferred

• Experience in domestic or international BPO hiring
• Immediate joiners preferred
