Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Desktop Support Engineer to provide end-user technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues. The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills, hands-on experience with modern workplace tools, and excellent communication abilities to support users effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide end-user support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Support users via:
- Onsite (physical desk visits)
- Remote tools
- MS Teams, email, and calls
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows 11 systems
- Manage and support Microsoft O365 applications
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly
- Log, track, and document incidents and service requests
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams
- Ensure timely resolution and user satisfaction
Required Skills
- 2+ years of hands-on desktop support experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware & software
- Experience with Windows 11 environment
- Hands-on with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, etc.)
- Basic understanding of network troubleshooting
- Familiarity with ticketing tools / ITSM tools
Soft Skills
- Strong verbal & written English communication
- Excellent customer service orientation
- Patience and ability to handle end-user issues professionally
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
Good to Have
- Experience in enterprise IT support environment
- Knowledge of Active Directory / user account management
- Exposure to remote support tools and asset management
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
