How is the score calculated?
Each of 12 checklist items has a transparent weight (shown next to each item). Your score is the sum of weights for items you checked, divided by 100. We weight quantified outcomes heaviest because those are what recruiters scan for first.
What's a 'good' resume score?
90+ is elite (ready to send). 75-89 is strong (minor polish). 55-74 is okay (real gaps). Below 55, rework before sending — most likely metrics, keyword match, and bullet quality.
