About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced PPC Manager with over 10 years of hands-on expertise in paid media marketing. The ideal candidate will have deep mastery of Google Ads and Meta Ads ecosystems, a strong data-driven mindset, and a proven track record of managing large-scale budgets to drive performance, revenue, and growth.

Key Responsibilities

Google Ads

Plan, execute, and optimize Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, Performance Max, and Demand Gen campaigns. Manage audience targeting, bidding strategies, Quality Score improvements, and ad copy testing at scale.

Meta Ads

Lead end-to-end Meta campaigns across Facebook and Instagram — including prospecting, retargeting, and retention funnels. Manage Advantage+ campaigns, custom audiences, lookalike strategies, and creative testing frameworks.

Budget & Performance Management

Own and manage multi-crore monthly ad budgets. Optimize for ROAS, CAC, CPL, and revenue targets. Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and forecasting.

Strategy & Leadership

Define paid media strategy aligned with business objectives. Collaborate with creative, SEO, and analytics teams. Mentor junior PPC executives and drive a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement.
