TJob Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Snowflake Python Developer with strong expertise in Snowflake, Python, and modern data engineering practices. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building scalable data pipelines, optimizing data warehouses, and enabling analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Snowflake
• Build and optimize ELT processes for data ingestion and transformation
• Work with Snowflake features such as Streams, Tasks, Snowpipe, and Stored Procedures
• Optimize SQL queries and improve warehouse performance and cost efficiency
• Develop and manage data models for analytics and reporting
• Implement CI/CD pipelines using Git/GitLab
• Manage role-based access control and security in Snowflake
• Integrate Snowflake with external systems like Azure AD (SSO) and AWS services
• Enable self-service analytics by supporting BI tools
• Monitor and optimize Snowflake usage (auto-suspend, warehouse sizing, cost tracking)
• Schedule and manage workflows using Apache Airflow (DAGs)

Mandatory Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Snowflake
• Proficiency in Python
• Experience with Apache Airflow (DAG execution)
• Strong SQL and performance tuning skills
• Experience with Snowflake Stored Procedures

Good To Have

• Experience with AWS data services
• Knowledge of data governance and cost optimization strategies
• Exposure to BI tools and analytics platforms

Desired Experience

• 5–7+ years in Data Engineering
• 2–3+ years of hands-on experience in Snowflake
