Supply Chain ERP Manager

As the Supply Chain & ERP Manager at Velmora The Fine Jewels by DVM Gandhi, your primary role is to oversee end-to-end jewellery supply chain operations with a focus on POS-driven inventory control, ERP compliance, inter-store stock movement, and vendor coordination. Your responsibilities include:

• Managing POS-based inventory, including SKU, design, weight, purity, master details, and tagging
• Overseeing and validating all inward, outward, billing, returns, exchanges, and repair entries
• Maintaining strict control over quality control, tagging, and barcode reconciliation
• Monitoring daily stock movements, discrepancies, and POS exception reports
• Ensuring real-time sync between POS and ERP systems

You will be responsible for:

• Owning ERP workflows for procurement, stock movement, POS integration, and reporting
• Coordinating ERP upgrades, issue resolution, and process automation
• Establishing POS SOPs and ensuring compliance across functions and store operations

Additionally, you will:

• Coordinate with karigars, manufacturers, and vendors for production, repairs, and custom orders
• Track POs, delivery timelines, and GRN entries
• Monitor quality checks, purity validation, and stone verification

You will also:

• Monitor stock discrepancies, pilferage risks, and shrinkage
• Support periodic stock audits and reconciliation exercises
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, documentation, and audit standards

Moreover, you will:

• Prepare and circulate daily store reports, stock ageing, loss-of-sale, and slow-moving analysis
• Share management dashboards for inventory health and supply chain efficiency

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of jewellery retail inventory & POS operations
• Hands-on experience with Jewellery POS / Retail ERP systems
• Knowledge of gold/silver purity, weight management, stones, masters creations, and tagging processes
• Strong analytical and MIS reporting skills

Key Performance Indicators:

• Shrinkage and audit variance
