Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic professional to lead placement partnerships for the assigned location. The role focuses on building strong employer networks, driving job placements, and supporting beneficiaries in securing sustainable livelihoods.

Key Responsibilities:

Partnership & Employer Engagement

  • Develop and manage relationships with employers, recruiters, and industry bodies
  • Organize employer visits, job fairs, and recruitment drives
  • Negotiate MoUs and placement tie-ups
  • Conduct employer due diligence before onboarding

Placement Operations & Team Support

  • Train and guide the placement team to improve performance
  • Support Center Managers in achieving youth placement targets
  • Create and manage a calendar for job drives and employer connects

Monitoring, Reporting & Documentation

  • Define and track placement KPIs
  • Maintain accurate placement records, success stories, and challenges
  • Prepare reports on placement outcomes and impact

Advocacy & Outreach

  • Represent the organization at forums, conferences, and stakeholder meetings

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree (Social Work preferred)
  • 4+ years of experience in Placements or Corporate Relations, ideally in the social sector
  • Strong understanding of labor market trends, vocational training, and employer needs
  • Excellent communication and partnership-building skills
  • Empathetic, self-driven, and passionate about empowering diverse communities
  • Willing to travel extensively across project locations
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
