About Us

At Zato Origin India Pvt. Ltd, we’re building a next-generation compliance automation platform for accounting firms across New Zealand and Australia. As we scale, we’re looking for sharp, detail-oriented professionals who want to go beyond traditional support and play a key role in shaping customer experience.

This is not a typical support role. You’ll work at the intersection of product, customers, and operations, owning how users experience and understand our platform.

What you’ll actually do:

  • Be the go-to expert for the stakeholders and customers using our platform
  • Diagnose and resolve product-related queries with ownership
  • Train internal stakeholders on new features and enhancements
  • Track product releases and ensure FAQs, guides, and videos are always up to date
  • Create simple, clear product walkthroughs and release content
  • Collaborate closely with Product & Tech teams
  • Proactively communicate updates and insights to business stakeholders
  • Identify patterns in user behavior and influence product improvements

Who we’re looking for:

  • Strong communicator (written & verbal English is a must)
  • Someone who takes ownership, not just escalates issues
  • Curious mindset—keen to understand how a product really works
  • Calm, composed, and solution-oriented under pressure
  • Detail-focused and structured in documenting and sharing knowledge

Bonus (not mandatory):

  • Background in Accounting / Finance
  • Experience working with SaaS or software platforms

Shift: New Zealand / Australia business hours
