Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Staff role based in New Delhi. The Staff member will support daily HR and administrative operations, including maintaining employee records, preparing documentation, and assisting in the coordination of recruitment, onboarding, and basic HR processes. The role will involve communicating with clients and internal stakeholders, scheduling meetings or interviews, and helping to organize HR-related activities or training sessions. The Staff member will also assist with data entry, report preparation, and the upkeep of HR databases and files to ensure accuracy and compliance. Collaboration with senior team members to handle routine queries and provide timely support to clients and colleagues is a key part of this position.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational, time-management, and attention-to-detail skills to handle multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for interacting with clients, candidates, and internal teams.
• Basic knowledge of HR concepts, office administration, and standard workplace policies; prior experience in HR support or administration is an advantage.
• Proficiency with common office software (such as spreadsheets, presentations, and word processing) and comfort working with digital records and databases.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment in New Delhi and maintain a professional, service-oriented approach.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
• Willingness to learn, adapt to changing priorities, and take initiative in improving processes.
