Role Description
We are looking for a Senior Account Executive – Public Relations with 4–5 years of agency experience, preferably handling real estate and infrastructure clients. The role involves end-to-end account management, media relations, content development, strategic storytelling, and execution of PR campaigns for developers, real estate brands, and allied sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day communication and servicing of real estate and infrastructure clients.
- Develop and execute PR strategies aligned with business and brand objectives.
- Draft press releases, media pitches, thought leadership articles, interviews, award nominations, and other communication materials.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists across real estate, business, infrastructure, finance, and city media.
- Secure media opportunities including interviews, features, bylines, project stories, trend stories, and commentary opportunities.
- Coordinate project launches, press conferences, site visits, media interactions, and industry events.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging media opportunities.
- Prepare coverage reports, campaign updates, and performance summaries.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- 4–5 years of Public Relations experience in an agency environment.
- Prior experience handling real estate, infrastructure, architecture, or construction clients preferred.
- Strong network with real estate, business, and city journalists.
- Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong client servicing and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and work in a fast-paced environment.
