Chef/ Junior Chef

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist chefs in basic food preparation (cutting, chopping, peeling, etc.)
• Prepare ingredients as per recipes and chef instructions
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen, utensils, and work areas
• Wash, clean, and store kitchen equipment properly
• Help in receiving and storing food supplies
• Ensure proper food handling and safety standards
• Dispose of kitchen waste regularly
• Support chefs during busy hours and service time

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of kitchen operations
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions
• Good physical stamina and ability to stand for long hours
