Job Description

Overview

We are looking for a skilled Clinical Lab Technician to perform routine laboratory tests and procedures that support patient diagnosis and treatment. You will work in a fast-paced clinical environment with a focus on accuracy and patient safety.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine and specialized clinical tests under the supervision of medical technologists
  • Prepare specimens for analysis and record results in LIS
  • Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment
  • Follow standard operating procedures and ensure compliance with CLIA and CAP standards

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field
  • ASCP or equivalent certification preferred
  • 1–2 years of experience in a clinical lab setting
  • Understanding of laboratory safety and infection control procedures
