Overview
We are looking for a skilled Clinical Lab Technician to perform routine laboratory tests and procedures that support patient diagnosis and treatment. You will work in a fast-paced clinical environment with a focus on accuracy and patient safety.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine and specialized clinical tests under the supervision of medical technologists
- Prepare specimens for analysis and record results in LIS
- Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment
- Follow standard operating procedures and ensure compliance with CLIA and CAP standards
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field
- ASCP or equivalent certification preferred
- 1–2 years of experience in a clinical lab setting
- Understanding of laboratory safety and infection control procedures
