• The Role:This is not a purely administrative role. We are looking for a tech-savvy, energetic individual who can act as the "digital backbone" of our field operations. You will support our team by leveraging AI and project management software to speed up workflows, reduce errors, and maintain high standards. You will be a driving force within the company to create and implement new processes.

Key Responsibilities

• AI Implementation & Automation: Utilize AI tools to assist in material list generation, automate change order documentation, and drafting RFI/submittal responses.
• Project Documentation: Manage and track project documents (RFIs, Shop Drawings, Estimates, Purchase Orders).
• Scheduling & Coordination: Assist in creating, updating, and monitoring construction schedules and weekly reports.
• Estimating Support: Leverage AI-powered tools to review project specifications, assist in estimating, and compare subcontractor quotes.
• Communication Hub: Act as the central link between site superintendents, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients, ensuring all parties have up-to-date information.
• On-Site Support: Conduct periodic site visits to monitor progress and document changes, utilizing mobile AI tools for field reporting.

What You Bring

• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in residential construction coordination, or a recent graduate with relevant construction management/engineering technology education.
• AI/Tech Savvy: Demonstrated experience or intense curiosity for applying AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT for drafting, AI-powered estimation tools) in construction workflows.
• Software Proficiency: Experience with construction PM software (CoConstruct, Procore), CAD, or MS Excel.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with clients and trades using Docusign and other programs. Assist the team to acquire home selection and structural information. Assist with ensuring that site personnel have access to up-to-date project documents. Assist with the creation of each project specific binder. Assist with the communication, coordination, and tracking of all warranty items.
• Organization: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. Home selections and structural information to be organized, tracked, and inputted into Customer Selection Schedule. Coordination with client, designers, suppliers, and site staff ensuring construction materials are being ordered as needed.
• Problem-Solving: Proactive mindset, eager to solve scheduling conflicts or design discrepancies. Assist with estimate documentation for Management Approval. Comparison between quotes vs submitted invoices along with invoice approval.
