Logistics Operations Supervisor

Your role at Cencora involves various responsibilities to ensure smooth operations within the facility. You will be tasked with delegating shipments to the operations staff, reviewing outbound flight monitors, and prioritizing jobs. It will be your responsibility to monitor and answer notes, assist other offices with operational queries, and oversee the compliance with TSA regulations. Additionally, you will manage cold chain shipments, maintain a safe work environment, and troubleshoot any issues that arise. You will also be expected to train and mentor staff on operations procedures, provide feedback on associate performance, and participate in vendor meetings as required. Key Responsibilities: - Delegate all shipments entering the building to operations staff - Review outbound flight monitor and prioritize jobs - Monitor and answer notes, assist other offices with operational questions - Ensure operation and maintenance of equipment within the facility - Train and mentor staff on operations procedures - Oversee compliance with all TSA regulations - Manage cold chain shipments and ensure a safe work environment - Troubleshoot, problem manage, and resolve issues - Process shipments when needed and review all shipments before dispatch - Provide feedback on Associate performance, manage personnel issues, and communicate with management - Participate in vendor meetings and oversee special projects Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree preferred - Minimum of 5 years of Operational experience - Professional demeanor and ability to provide leadership - Mastery of Operations Skill Levels 1, 2, 3 and Cold Chain Management - Dangerous Goods Certification - Proficiency in Excel and above-average computer skills - Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and provide training Cencora offers benefits that may vary by country and are aligned with local market practices.
