- Responding to calls/emails for inquiries and providing product info.
- Handling tasks related to invoicing, payments and helpdesk queries.
- Escalate complex issues to AP supervisors or stakeholders for timely resolution.
- Review, verify, and code invoices for accuracy, matching them to purchase orders or contract.'
