Job Description
As an Email Design & Campaign Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing email campaigns to engage target audiences, foster customer loyalty, and drive conversions. This role combines creative skills in design and development with technical and analytical expertise in automation, segmentation, and performance tracking.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Design and build digital marketing responsive emails using Photoshop, Dreamweaver, and Email Marketing Tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud & Adobe Campaign Management.
- Resize, modify images, and upload them on live emails.
- Possess expertise in Photoshop, Dreamweaver, HTML/ HTML5 CSS/ CSS3.
- Demonstrate good knowledge of cross-email account issues and debugging.
- Proficient in online and traditional marketing, with highly skilled visual communication abilities.
- *Email Campaign Operations:**
- Manage end-to-end e-mail campaigns, including coordination for e-mail, push notifications, and other customer touchpoints using marketing automation tools.
- Utilize systems such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign Management, Marketo for campaign management.
- Ensure on-time online editorial content publishing on related systems (AWS, SalesForce, Marketo).
- Conduct customer profiling & audience building using marketing automation tools and/or SQL.
- Understand marketing automation, including e-mail design, responsive HTML coding, SQL query building, tracking, and result analysis.
- Provide training and support to stakeholders on Campaign Management systems and processes.
- Perform A/B testing on elements like subject lines, content, imagery, and send times to optimize campaign performance.
- Initiate the translation process of campaigns and deliver them to all related parties for validation.
- Track deliveries with cost, deadline, and supplier performance details in excel reports.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert for related projects.
- Assist the business in supporting additions and modifications of CRM content.
- Ensure editorial content is published according to guidelines.
- Direct the business on campaign content management processes and workflows.
- *Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in an email marketing or digital marketing role, typically 2+ years, with a successful track record in campaign management.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computers, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Japanese language is a plus.
- *Additional Information:**
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms/automation tools such as AWS, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, IVALDI.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS for email customization and troubleshooting.
- Experience with graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite is advantageous.
