  • Knowledge of U.S. and Canadian payment systems including SWIFT, ISO 20022, Fedwire, CHIPS, Lynx, and ACSS
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams across treasury, FX operations, compliance, and technology
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools such as Visio, JIRA, Confluence, and similar platforms
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Partner with stakeholders across treasury, FX operations, corporate payments, compliance, and technology teams to gather and document comprehensive business requirements
  • Analyze current FX workflows, internal payments processes, and cross-border FX payment flows to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and modernization opportunities
  • Develop detailed Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), process maps, data flow diagrams, and operating models tailored to FX and secure payment platforms
  • Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to translate business needs into technical solutions for FX settlement engines, SWIFT integration, and PayPlus workflows
  • Write, refine, and prioritize user stories and acceptance criteria covering intrabank payment routing, cross-border FX settlement, and message building
  • Support project delivery by coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT), leading requirement validation sessions, managing defect triage, and ensuring stakeholder alignment
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory obligations related to AML, sanctions screening, and reporting requirements for cross-border payments
  • Assist in the configuration, validation, and testing of payment processing platforms to meet business and regulatory standards
  • Maintain clear documentation of processes, workflows, and system configurations to facilitate ongoing operations and audits
