About the Role We are looking for a high-ownership, execution-first Manager – Growth Marketing to drive end-to-end business performance for a flagship Online PGP (Business Program). This is not a channel-focused role; it is a program ownership mandate where you will be responsible for planning, launching, scaling, and delivering revenue outcomes across cohorts. You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive enrollment growth, optimize funnel performance, and ensure strong business outcomes. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-accountability environments, enjoys owning a P&L;, and wants to directly influence business growth. Key Responsibilities Business Ownership & Planning Own end-to-end program performance including revenue, enrollments, CAC, ARPU, and overall P&L; Build cohort-level business plans including budgets, lead targets, funnel goals, and conversion projections Present plans to leadership and translate them into actionable execution roadmaps Cross-Functional Execution Drive alignment across Performance Marketing, CRM, Brand, Content, Design, Social, Research, Events, and Sales Plan and execute deman
