About the Client

Our client is a global AI-native company building advanced solutions powered by LLMs and conversational AI. Their platform enables enterprises to deploy intelligent, scalable, and context-aware interactions across customer experience, automation, and decision-making workflows.

Role Overview

We are hiring a Head of Product & Growth Marketing on behalf of our client. This is a senior leadership role that will own product narrative, go-to-market strategy, and growth outcomes across their AI product suite.

The role requires a strong blend of product thinking, storytelling, and growth execution, with the ability to translate complex AI capabilities into tangible business value for enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities

Product Positioning & Narrative

  • Define and lead product positioning, messaging, and category narrative
  • Translate LLM and conversational AI capabilities into clear, differentiated value propositions
  • Build industry-specific use cases across key sectors

Go-To-Market Strategy

  • Own and drive GTM strategy for product launches and expansion initiatives
  • Define ICPs, buyer personas, and segmentation strategies
  • Partner closely with Sales to enable enterprise deal cycles

Growth & Demand Generation

  • Own the end-to-end growth funnel (awareness to revenue)
  • Drive multi-channel demand generation (digital, content, partnerships, events)
  • Optimize funnel performance through experimentation and data-led insights

Product Adoption & Lifecycle Marketing

  • Drive onboarding, engagement, and retention strategies
  • Partner with Product to improve activation and feature adoption
  • Build lifecycle journeys for different customer cohorts

Content & Thought Leadership

  • Establish category leadership in AI, LLMs, and conversational AI
  • Lead development of high-impact content (POVs, whitepapers, case studies)

Analytics & Performance

  • Own key marketing metrics: pipeline, CAC, conversion rates, ROI
  • Build reporting frameworks and dashboards for leadership

Candidate Profile

  • 10+ years of experience in Product Marketing / Growth Marketing, ideally in SaaS or AI-led companies
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML, LLMs, or conversational AI ecosystems
  • Proven track record of scaling products and driving measurable growth
  • Experience working with enterprise sales teams and complex GTM motions
  • Exceptional storytelling and positioning skills
  • Highly data-driven with a strong experimentation mindset
