Job Description

Crossover Ventures is seeking a data-driven and results-oriented Growth Marketing Lead to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is specifically focused on the Indian market and offers full remote flexibility for a high-impact professional.

Position Overview The Growth Marketing Lead will be responsible for designing and executing strategies to scale our products. You will oversee the entire customer funnel, from acquisition to retention, ensuring sustainable growth through continuous experimentation.

  • Employment Type: Part-time (Approx. 20 hours per week)
  • Location: Remote (India-based candidates only)
  • Reporting to: Head of Marketing

Compensation and Benefits

  • Monthly Retainer: $1,000 - $1,500 USD per month (based on experience)
  • Performance Bonus: Eligibility for milestone-based incentives
  • Flexibility: Fully remote work with flexible, asynchronous scheduling

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development: Create and implement multi-channel growth frameworks including paid media, SEO, and content loops.
  • Data Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators and use data to optimize conversion rates and user lifetime value.
  • Experimentation: Conduct rigorous A/B testing across various platforms to identify high-impact growth levers.
  • Market Localization: Adapt global strategies to fit the unique landscape of the Indian consumer market.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Growth Marketing or Performance Marketing.
  • Technical proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.
  • Hands-on experience managing budgets across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
