Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Field Sales Representative to join our team in the Shuswap. This role has a base wage plus commission, this is vital in expanding our customer base and strengthening our market presence. You will play a key part in promoting our services and ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities through outside sales efforts.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals with prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Conduct market analysis to identify potential clients and industry trends.
• Track responsiveness of potential clients.
• Manage accounts to ensure customer retention and growth.
• Represent Winkler Disposal Systems at industry events and community engagements.

Qualifications

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze market data and identify opportunities.
• Fluency in English
• Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region.
