Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Field Sales Representative to join our team in the Shuswap. This role is a commission based job and your wage will be dependent on how many sales you make, this is vital in expanding our customer base and strengthening our market presence. You will play a key part in promoting our services and ensuring client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities through outside sales efforts.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Conduct market analysis to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- Manage accounts to ensure customer retention and growth.
- Represent Winkler Disposal Systems at industry events and community engagements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales or business development within the waste management or related industries.
- Previous Experience in continued service sales.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze market data and identify opportunities.
- Fluency in English
- Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region.

Pay: $38,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
