Job Description
As a Senior DevOps / Platform Engineering Lead, you will be responsible for engaging with enterprise customers to design and implement DevOps platforms, cloud infrastructure automation, and modern platform engineering solutions. You should be comfortable interacting with customer leadership to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customer leadership (CIO / CTO / Engineering Leaders) to understand architecture and operational challenges.
- Propose DevOps, automation, and platform engineering solutions.
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Kubernetes platforms, cloud-native architectures, and observability solutions.
Tools & Technologies:
- Strong experience with Git, GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins, ArgoCD for version control and CI/CD pipeline implementation.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform, Ansible for container orchestration, application deployment, infrastructure provisioning, and configuration management.
- Familiarity with observability and monitoring platforms like Prometheus, Grafana for effective system monitoring and operational visibility.
Cloud Platforms:
- Strong experience in AWS & Azure; familiarity with multi-cloud environments is a plus.
Key Expectations:
- Strong hands-on DevOps and platform engineering expertise.
- Ability to work directly with enterprise customers.
- Good communication and solutioning skills.
