  • Coordinate product releases and support change management activities.
  • Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Balance competing priorities while ensuring delivery of high-quality, user-centered solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and communicate product status, risks, and recommendations.
  • Support Agile and human-centered design practices to improve digital experiences for Veterans and VA employees.
  • Perform other duties as assigned in support of program objectives.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager supporting software development initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product management best practices.
  • Experience managing product backlogs, prioritizing features, and translating business needs into actionable development work.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes.
  • Experience working with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile project management tools.
  • A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic consulting environment.
