What You’ll Do:

• Recruitment amp; Talent Strategy
• Full cycle recruitment across diverse departments
• Partner with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs and build proactive pipelines
• Ensure a candidate experience that reflects warmth, professionalism, and clarity
• Employer Branding amp; Social Media
• Develop and manage creative campaigns that amplify our culture and values
• Own our careers pages and LinkedIn presence with fresh, engaging content
• Highlight employee stories, milestones, and behind-the-scenes moments to attract talent
• Employee Engagement amp; Events
• Co-create and support memorable internal events—from onboarding to appreciation celebrations
• Gather feedback to enhance team connection and morale
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure inclusive and impactful programming
• HR Team Support
• Provide operational support across HR functions
• Jump into new initiatives with curiosity and a solution-focused mindset

You Bring:

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
• Strong communication and writing skills with a creative spark
• Comfort with social media tools and platforms (especially LinkedIn, Instagram)
• Enthusiasm for building community—online and offline
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and pivot gracefully
