Tollcorp Restaurants is a growing company that has Tim Hortons and Wendy’s franchises across Alberta. As a family business we deeply value our team and take pride in training and development to enhance our organization.
No experience required. We will help train and develop you to attain the skills needed to excel in the supervisory position and beyond.
What you will do:
- Train, orientate, and monitor new Team Members.
- Ensure all policies and brand standards are followed by Team Members.
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in driving sales.
- Any other task that may be assigned that is relevant to the position.
