Job Description
Wellness Home: Clinic & Sleep Centre is looking for a field-focused healthcare growth professional to help us build a strong doctor referral and outreach network in West Delhi and nearby NCR.
About Us
Wellness Home specializes in Pulmonology, Sleep Medicine, Sleep Diagnostics, Pulmonary Diagnostics, Positive Airway Pressure (PAP) therapy, and holistic respiratory care under the leadership of Dr. Vikas Mittal, Senior Pulmonologist and Sleep Specialist.
What You Will Do
Build relationships with General Practitioners (GPs), Ear Nose and Throat specialists (ENT specialists), cardiologists, dentists, and local healthcare partners
Increase referral-led patient inflow for consultations, tests, sleep studies, and therapies
Organize community and corporate outreach activities, camps, and awareness programs
Track leads, referrals, and conversions with discipline
Work closely with clinic team to improve closure of field-generated leads
Who Should Apply
2–5 years in hospital marketing, diagnostics sales, healthcare field sales, physician referral, pharma, or medical device field relationship roles
Strong local communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable with field work, follow-up, and reporting
West Delhi / National Capital Region (NCR) market familiarity preferred
Compensation
Fixed salary: ₹25,000 to ₹30,000 per month
Performance incentive: extra based on referrals, consultations, test conversions, and camps
Travel support: ₹3,000 to ₹5,000 per month
Higher salary can be considered for exceptional candidates with a strong doctor network
