Role Description The Field Sales Representative internship role is an on-site position based in Bhopal. The intern will visit potential and existing clients to present Webneco Infotech’s digital services, understand client needs, and communicate how the company’s solutions can support their goals. Daily tasks include generating leads, scheduling and attending meetings, giving product demonstrations, and maintaining accurate records of visits and follow-ups. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to prepare proposals, gathering client feedback, and supporting the sales process from initial contact to closing opportunities under guidance. This internship is designed to provide practical experience in field sales within the technology and digital services sector.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand and explain web and mobile app development, digital marketing, and related digital services to clients.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client meetings, presentations, and relationship building.
• Basic sales and marketing knowledge, including lead generation, prospecting, and follow-up practices.
• Good organizational and time-management skills to plan daily visits, manage schedules, and maintain records.
• Comfort with on-site client visits in and around Bhopal and readiness to work in a field-oriented environment.
• Proficiency with common productivity tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentation software); familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred.
• Motivation to learn, openness to feedback, and a professional, ethical approach to client interactions.
