Job Description
The Washington Plaza Hotel, a 340-room hotel with over 13,000 square feet of function space, has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Group Sales Manager.
· Increase profitable sales volume for the hotel by meeting and exceeding the financial and proactive selling goals established for the association market.
· Create and maintain relationships with key accounts to solicit new and repeat business.
· Obtain knowledge of the competition in order to make recommendations to the sales strategy.
· Achieve sales revenue goals by managing accounts through outside sales calls and hotel site visits.
· Utilize sales tools to identify, analyze and obtain business.
The preferred candidate will have at least 5 years of Hotel sales experience in the Association market.
