Counsel, Employment Legal

As a Counsel at WarnerMedia, you will be responsible for providing expert legal counsel on a wide range of employment law matters to support the global company's operations. This includes conducting legal research and analysis to ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations. You will collaborate with HR and other business leaders to provide guidance and support on employee relations issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal counsel on various employment law matters
• Conduct legal research and analysis for compliance with employment laws
• Advise on employment-related policies and procedures
• Collaborate with HR and business leaders on employee relations issues
• Draft and review employment contracts and legal documents
• Represent the company in employment-related litigation and proceedings
• Stay updated on changes in employment laws and advise the company accordingly
• Develop and deliver training on employment law topics
• Partner with external legal counsel to manage legal issues effectively
• Contribute to the development of company-wide employment policies
• Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on employment law matters
• Maintain organized legal files and documentation
• Participate in special projects and initiatives related to employment law
• Uphold the company's values and standards as a brand ambassador
• Foster a positive work environment within the Employment Legal team and organization
