Job Description

As a Counsel at WarnerMedia, you will be responsible for providing expert legal counsel on a wide range of employment law matters to support the global company's operations.   • Draft and review employment contracts and legal documents
  • Represent the company in employment-related litigation and proceedings
  • Stay updated on changes in employment laws and advise the company accordingly
  • Develop and deliver training on employment law topics
  • Partner with external legal counsel to manage legal issues effectively
  • Contribute to the development of company-wide employment policies
  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on employment law matters
  • Maintain organized legal files and documentation
  • Participate in special projects and initiatives related to employment law
  • Uphold the company's values and standards as a brand ambassador
  • Foster a positive work environment within the Employment Legal team and organization
