  • 12:00 PM - Logistical Troubleshooting: Dive into complex inquiries. A customer needs to intercept a package currently in transit; you utilize our digital logistics dashboard to reroute the shipment silently and efficiently while keeping the customer updated via chat.
  • 3:30 PM - Quality Assurance & Wrap Up: Finish your shift by ensuring all digital tickets are properly closed, categorized, and documented to help our IT teams identify website bugs, contributing to a flawless user experience.
