Execution and Operations Lead - Home Interiors

Project Validation & Quality Control

• Own end-to-end Quality Control (QC) across all projects
• Ensure zero-error validation reports before project release

Pre-Execution Planning (Critical Phase)

• Prepare detailed Job Sheets before execution kickoff with Project Co-ordinator
• Create accurate cutlists and hardware lists aligned with final designs

Execution Planning & Scheduling

• Prepare and publish weekly execution schedules across all projects
• Track planned vs actual progress and proactively resolve delays
• Ensure on-time project execution and handovers

Site Quality & Monitoring

• Conduct regular site visits for QC audits
• Identify and close snag lists before handover

Vendor & Material Management

• Onboard and evaluate new vendors and contractors
• Work closely with Project Coordinators for material planning and ordering

Team Management & Alignment

• Lead and manage Project Managers, Site Engineers, and Execution Teams
• Conduct daily/weekly review meetings to track progress
• Drive a high-performance, no-delay execution culture

Handover Management

• Ensure smooth and timely project handovers
• Coordinate with internal teams for customer readiness and satisfaction

Reporting & MIS

• Publish weekly and monthly execution reports to management
• Track:
• Project timelines
• Delays and reasons
• QC issues
• Handover status

Cost & Risk Control

• Ensure execution stays within approved BOQ and budget
• Identify execution risks early and create mitigation plans

Customer Experience

• Handle critical escalations during execution
• Ensure customer confidence and satisfaction till handover

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Work closely with:
• Design team → feasibility validation
• Procurement → material readiness

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Interior Fit-out / Construction / Project Execution / Operations Management.
• BE / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil / Interior Design / Mechanical, Civil Engineer.
• Experience in Residential home interiors
