Job Description

Dubai Data is seeking a proactive and creative Social Media Manager & Influencer Outreach Specialist to manage and grow the company’s digital presence across multiple platforms while coordinating influencer and referral campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X/Twitter & YouTube
Plan and schedule content calendars aligned with brand strategy
Coordinate influencer outreach and partnership campaigns
Identify and engage with relevant creators, influencers, and online communities
Manage referral campaign communications and follow-ups
Monitor analytics, engagement, and platform performance
Suggest and implement growth strategies for audience expansion and engagement

Requirements

Proven experience in social media management
Experience handling influencer outreach and partnership coordination
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Understanding of content planning and social media growth strategies
Ability to manage multiple platforms consistently and professionally.
Organized workflow with quick response and turnaround times
Experience with data, finance, Web3 or premium brands is an advantage
