Social Media Manager & Influencer Outreach Specialist – Contract Role

Job Description

Dubai Data is seeking a proactive and creative Social Media Manager & Influencer Outreach Specialist to manage and grow the company’s digital presence across multiple platforms while coordinating influencer and referral campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X/Twitter & YouTube
• Plan and schedule content calendars aligned with brand strategy
• Coordinate influencer outreach and partnership campaigns
• Identify and engage with relevant creators, influencers, and online communities
• Manage referral campaign communications and follow-ups
• Monitor analytics, engagement, and platform performance
• Suggest and implement growth strategies for audience expansion and engagement

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management
• Experience handling influencer outreach and partnership coordination
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of content planning and social media growth strategies
• Ability to manage multiple platforms consistently and professionally.
• Organized workflow with quick response and turnaround times
• Experience with data, finance, Web3 or premium brands is an advantage
