As a Software Sales Manager for Company's Returns Inventory Management Solution, your role will involve hunting and opening new accounts. You will have complete ownership of the sales cycle, including identifying opportunities, managing the pipeline, working on marketing campaigns with the marketing team, and nurturing client relationships. To be successful in this role, you should have experience in Software/Consultative Solution Sales, with a focus on concept selling in the retail industry. Understanding the IT landscape in an enterprise and logistics supply chain, especially returns, will be advantageous. You are expected to be a quick thinker, innovative problem solver, and have the ability to think on your feet.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hunting New Accounts
- Business Development
- Enterprise Account & Sales Management to grow SOW
- Managing the entire sales cycle
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Pipeline management, accurate sales forecasting, sales negotiations, and business closure
- Exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets
Qualification Required:
- 3-5 years of sales experience in Software, Consulting, Solution Sales, or Concept Sales
- Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills
- Experience in Business Development & Hunting New Accounts in SW/Consulting Solution Sales with knowledge of Concept Selling
- Entrepreneurial mindset, problem solver, quick thinker, passionate, self-motivated, and innovative
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt effectively to changes, and demonstrate excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Experience in Supply Chain and Logistics Solutions will be an added advantage
