## About this Role

We are seeking a motivated and client-focused SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay professional with hands-on implementation and support experience. This role is suited to individuals who have worked on EC-integrated compensation processes, can collaborate with stakeholders, and are confident in handling system configurations, design discussions, and rollout activities.

## What you’ll do

Deliver and support SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay implementations and enhancement projectsEngage with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements and support rollout activitiesConfigure and manage EC-integrated Compensation and Variable Pay templates and processesMonitor system defects, analyse issues, and contribute to design discussions and impact assessmentsDevelop and customise compensation statements to meet business needsSupport and manage Spot Awards processes within SuccessFactorsApply business rules effectively for system configuration and optimisationCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and improvements

## Who you are

2–4 years of relevant experience with at least one implementation in SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable PayCertified in SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay modulesExperience in client-facing roles with exposure to rollout programmesStrong understanding of EC-integrated Compensation/Variable Pay templates and processesProficient in analysing system behaviour and resolving defectsFamiliarity with Spot Awards and reward statementsWorking knowledge of business rules within SuccessFactorsGood to have: exposure to SAP BTP, basic Employee Central, and reporting knowledgeStrong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
