Job Description

As an Executive Assistant, your role will involve organizing and managing office operations, supplies, and vendor coordination. You will be responsible for coordinating office events, conferences, and team meetings while overseeing daily office needs to ensure a productive work environment. Additionally, you will support HR or administrative projects as requested by management and handle sensitive information with discretion. Your tasks will also include managing personal tasks for higher management such as appointments, errands, travel, reservations, and household coordination.
