Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Aircraft Structural Repair Technician to join our team. This role involves performing complex sheet metal and composite material repairs and modifications on aircraft parts & components, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience and will have or be working toward obtaining their Aircraft Maintenance Engineer License from TCCA. This position offers an opportunity to work on exciting aerospace projects in a fast paced environment dedicated to safety and excellence.
Duties
- Conduct structural repairs on aircraft fuselage, wings, and other components using hand tools, power tools, , and specialized repair techniques
- Interpret technical data, reference documents, limitations etc. to accurately perform repairs and modifications
- Perform assembly and disassembly of aircraft parts following technical specifications
- Maintain detailed documentation of repair procedures and work performed in compliance with regulatory standards
- Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to industry standards
Requirements
- Proven experience (5+ years preferred) in aircraft structural repair
- Education in accredited course of study in aircraft structural repair
- Additional course of study in composite material repair
- Proficiency using require tools and techniques
- Knowledge of assembly processes and maintenance procedures specific to aerospace industry standards
- Ability to interpret repair data accurately
This position requires a detail-oriented professional committed to maintaining the highest safety standards while delivering quality repairs on aircraft structures.
Pay: $40.00-$55.00 per hour
