Quality Line Inspector

We are seeking an experienced Quality Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, coordinating, and tracking Quality activities.

Responsibilities

• Line Inspection, Stage Inspection, Final Inspection.
• Developing and implementing quality control systems.
• Monitoring and analyzing quality performance.
• Inspecting and testing materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality specifications are met.
• Collaborating with operations managers to develop and implement controls and improvements.
• Ensuring that workflows, processes, and products comply with safety regulations.
• Investigating and troubleshooting product or production issues.
• Developing corrective actions, solutions, and improvements.
• Reviewing, specifications, and processes.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in quality, industrial, or mechanical engineering.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in quality engineering, quality assurance, or a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent project management skills.

Full job description

Well knowledge in CNC Machine Shop Quality Assurance, Drawing Study, Customer handling, machining process

Knowledge in ISO audits..

Day to day Rejection & Rework review with action plan and update.

Handling of Customer Complaints respective units and In-house Nonconformity

Deviation & pending parts decision & Action taken.

Inspection status verify the periodically

Weekly review meeting data prepared & co-ordinate with production team with action plan.

Plan and execute Product audits wherever required and co-coordinating during audits by Customers.

Ensure Periodic Calibration of all Measuring devices.

Authorized to stop production or Delivery in case of any deviations.

Ensure Incoming, In-process and Final Inspection activities are taken place as per the plans.

Plan and execute process & product audits wherever required and coordinating during audits by Customers.

Responsible for product safety related parameter

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
