A company is looking for a Technical Manager, Product Support.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide oversight and leadership to the Product Support team, ensuring high performance and professional growth
Evaluate existing practices, identify opportunities for process improvement, and implement changes to drive efficiency
Maintain a strong technical understanding of products to provide escalation support and customer engagement
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
8+ years of experience managing customer-facing, technical support or engineering teams
Proven leadership and team management skills
Strong organizational and decision-making skills with a focus on accountability and results
Experience defining, measuring, and reporting operational performance metrics
