Senior Service Desk Analyst

A company is looking for a Service Desk Analyst to support mission-critical operations in a highly regulated healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and resolve Level 2-3 service desk tickets across North America
Serve as an escalation point for complex incidents and conduct root cause investigations
Administer Microsoft 365 and manage identity systems including Active Directory and Okta
Required Qualifications
Minimum 7 years of experience in enterprise IT Service Desk or End-User Computing
Expertise in Level 2-3 troubleshooting in complex environments
Strong experience with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint administration
Hands-on experience with Intune and endpoint lifecycle management
Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI solutions
