Key Responsibilities
Own a portfolio of enterprise customers, building relationships and serving as a trusted advisor

Act as the Voice of the Customer, sharing insights to influence products and services
Required Qualifications
7+ years in Customer Success or related SaaS roles with enterprise relationship management experience
Demonstrated experience in driving adoption and business transformation in large organizations
Expertise in stakeholder management and consultative engagement
Understanding of Jira and Confluence end-user use cases
Experience with CRM tools like Gainsight and Salesforce
