Senior M365 Platform Engineer

A company is looking for a Senior M365 Platform Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

Provide Tier 4-level product support for Microsoft 365 services and advanced technical expertise

Deliver expert-level support for Microsoft 365 workloads, including Exchange Online and Microsoft Teams

Perform advanced scripting and complex troubleshooting across M365 services

Required Qualifications

5+ years of relevant IT experience supporting Microsoft 365 and enterprise collaboration platforms

Demonstrated experience with Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Purview / AIP

Experience in advanced scripting (PowerShell) and complex configuration management in Microsoft 365

Proven experience collaborating with Microsoft product teams and engineering groups

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
