Senior Director of Performance Marketing is a full-time remote position responsible for leading the performance marketing strategy, managing a team, and driving data-informed investment decisions across various digital channels. Key Responsibilities Own and execute the performance marketing strategy across paid search, social, display, and video Lead the Performance Marketing team, setting performance standards and fostering a culture of measurement and creativity Develop an incrementally measurement framework and partner with various teams to optimize marketing efforts and reporting infrastructure Required Qualifications 15+ years in performance marketing with at least 4 years in a leadership role managing significant budgets Experience in building or operating incrementally measurement frameworks and marketing mix modeling Deep understanding of paid search, paid social, and programmatic display marketing Proven ability to assess and develop talent effectively within a team Familiarity with enterprise analytics platforms and experience collaborating with data and engineering teams
