Supporting the creation and maintenance of user-facing documentation, the full-time Technical Writer/Instructional Designer will work remotely to enhance instructional content for a healthcare technology product portfolio while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Create, update, and maintain user guides and instructional documentation for various product configurations Ensure documentation accuracy, consistency, and compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements Support content migration and implementation initiatives within a component content management system (CCMS) Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, Information Systems, Library Science, English, Communications, or a related field 3+ years of experience in technical writing, content management, or instructional content creation Experience developing user-facing manuals, guides, and instructional materials Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud tools Experience with collaboration and project management tools such as Jira and Confluence
