A company is looking for a Retention & Lifecycle Marketing Manager (US, Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement retention-focused lifecycle strategies and campaigns to increase repeat purchases and customer lifetime value
Manage and optimize retention-focused lifecycle programs, including post-purchase and customer education flows
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance retention outcomes and improve the overall customer journey
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
5+ years of experience in email marketing, specifically in lifecycle and retention marketing for DTC ecommerce brands
Proven experience developing and implementing lifecycle strategies that enhance customer retention
Expert-level proficiency in Klaviyo, including advanced segmentation and automation
Strong analytical skills with experience in interpreting lifecycle and email performance metrics
